The team

Tribit Labs is a small build studio with Hans Aragona, Junsel Fabe, Bryan Pascual, and me. It is my first studio with friends, and the team's first work aimed at real clients.

My part

All of the design is mine. The text, the screenshots, and the feedback came from the other three. On the build, I made the floating glass navigation and mobile menu, the light and dark switch with its ink-drop transition, the three-step contact form and its backend, and the hero and section motion. I also handle deployment.

Version 1 and the site now

Version 1 was soft and rounded, with sage green, floating dashboard cards, and a headline that could belong to any agency. The current site says what the studio does in plain words, in big compressed type, and shows one real project at a time.

The look

The brand came out of an identity workshop that recorded 120 decisions: Swiss typography with one odd interruption, a compressed grotesk for headlines, deep green with an acid lime for action, and a frog as a small signature rather than a mascot. The team wanted it to stand apart from the blue look of most tech studios and to feel a little playful for the small businesses it serves.

What was hard

Four people's taste had to read as one site, and it had to sell a studio to real clients rather than show off.

What it means

Shared credit. I learned to build something good without owning every decision.
